Located in Apple Bay, Tortola, The Sugar Mill Hotel reopened in November for the season with both new and returning guests eager to visit this beloved Caribbean Inn.
According to their website, the hotel has made a number of improvements for the season including strengthening the management team with the appointment of new General Managers. “Everything is back and even better at the fabulous Sugar Mill,” they said. The hotel went on to say that, “Our groundworks are complete and we have an even better estate full of beautiful flowers and exotic trees. In addition, our beach has now fully recovered with lots of sand and our pool is fully restored and looking beautiful.” They also noted that the West end ferry terminal is back open which means easy access from St. Thomas to the hotel.
The hotel consists of 24 rooms situated among lush gardens over the 400-year old Sugar Mill property. From the Deluxe and Prestige rooms, to the Poolside Suites and Honeymoon Cottage, every room has a balcony or patio with a sea view. Each room also includes air conditioning, free wifi, and a fridge. In addition, the Poolside Suites and Honeymoon Cottage feature outdoor “under the stars” showers.
Guests can take advantage of the Sugar Mill Hotel’s 5-Star All Inclusive package or custom-design their vacation by the day with activities such as an exclusive “Round the Island” tour with a Champagne picnic.
