The Sugar Mill Restaurant, in Apple Bay, Tortola, offers a unique opportunity to enjoy fine dining in a historic Caribbean property. The menu features local favorites and Caribbean specialties such as lobster and conch, along with fine steaks, pastas, and vegetarian options, all of which can be enjoyed among the stone walls of the original Sugar Mill Rum House, or on the Terrace, with a magnificent view of the ocean and gorgeous Caribbean sunsets. Before dinner, guests can enjoy cocktails at Pavilions Bar, which combines the original stone buildings with multi-level wooden gazebos, and chat with the staff about the property’s history.
Dinner is served seven nights a week in the Rum House and on the Terrace, and breakfast is served Mondays thru Saturdays on the Terrace. (Sunday brunch is served at the Sugar Mill’s beach restaurant, Tramonti.)
