Just heard from Dahlia at Sebastian’s On The Beach. She said, “Yes, we are rebuilding and the renovations are coming along nicely. We are planning to open by the 15th of May with our restaurant will in full operation and all of the hotel rooms will ready except for the lower level villas.”
