BVIslanders and visitors alike are celebrating the reopening of Dove, one of Tortola’s well-known, upscale restaurants. Located in Road Town, Dove is now open Monday to Friday for lunch and also for drinks/bar snacks in the evening. Dinners will hopefully be added sometime in January.
