The pool level, with living pavilion, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, separate indoor grill and wet bar, air-conditioned formal dining room and an outdoor dining porch seating twelve assures effortless entertaining. The stereo system is throughout the house inside and out. The master en suite bedroom and den occupies the entire second floor of the main house.
The independent guest house on two levels offers private entrances en suite bedrooms with king size beds, one with private porch and the other with private garden terrace. A fourth en suite bedroom, with queen-size bed sits below the main level and enjoys a private deck with sweeping ocean and garden views. The house is designed for individual’s privacy.
