The living room and kitchen are fully screened and open directly to the covered porch with dining for 6 and gorgeous views and sunsets. The kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge, gas stove, blender, toaster etc. The living room has a TV and DVD player although most people prefer to be outside on the comfortable chairs enjoying the gentle breezes and the sound of the tree frogs, crickets and ocean.
The master bedroom is comfortably sized and offers a queen size bed with doors at the end of the bed opening to reveal the beautiful ocean view again. It is in a separate building to the main house and has an ensuite bathroom with shower. The 3rd bedroom with bunk beds is adjacent to the master in this second building. It is very basic.
The 2nd bedroom is in the main building (so it is not suitable for younger children who need to be closer to their parents). The beds can be conveniently made up as 2 twins or a king. There is a window seat, closet and writing desk in this bedroom. There is a bathroom in the main building with shower.
This villa is equipped with wifi, a phone for local outgoing calls, beach chairs and cooler. No AC, no cable TV. 4WD vehicle necessary.
