The villa is located 50 feet above the Cooten Bay ruins and within sight, sound and a very short walk of the North Shore surf on the beautiful island of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. Overlooking the spectacular ocean at the front of the villa and surrounded by tropical forest, the breathtaking 360 degree panorama and the lush vegetation around the property will immerse you in tropical mood.

A variety of young tropical trees including several species of palm tree, banana and papaya are scattered throughout the garden along with flowers such as Hibiscus and Borganvilillea. Totally obscured from the world, your privacy is ensured as you soak up the Caribbean sun and you enjoy the intimate luxuries of a villa designed to put you at peace with the world.

The gourmet kitchen has ample room for preparing meals, whether you are catering for yourselves or a gathering of friends. It includes oven, microwave, fridge freezer, separate bar fridge, sink, bar sink, 4 hobs, toaster and plenty of prep space. Outdoors there is built-in brick barbecue grill that overlooks the ocean in a position where the “chef” can enjoy the views whilst cooking.

The guest bedroom features twin beds (2) that are made up individually as standard or joined with a topper and made up as a king at your request. It offers panoramic views of ocean through screened French doors onto a tiled balcony and views of the rain forest through a side picture window. The guest bathroom boasts a beautiful indoor outdoor stone shower and tub which was handcrafted from indigenous stone. by European craftsmen. This bathroom is regarded as the jewel of the property and guests rave about the healing properties of bathing in comfort while surrounded by rainforest.
