Progress continues with the rebuilding of Soper’s Hole Wharf & Marina in West End on Tortola. As you can see by the photo, the new, widened boardwalk is well underway. This colorful, quaint anchorage is coming back to life and is looking like it will be better than ever.
A few of the latest happenings at Soper’s Hole include the addition of Omar’s Oceanfront Fusion Restaurant. Omar’s Fusion has already become a very popular lunch and dinner venue due to their great service and excellent food. In addition, Omar’s other restaurant, Omar’s Cafe is getting a major facelift with extensive repairs being made to the building’s exterior.
Word has it that wharf tenants are keen to move back into their stores and preparations are now being made for the moves. It won’t be long before visitors and locals can once again enjoy one of the BVI’s most popular destinations.
