High above the tree line, amongst thirty foot boulders and overlooking The Sir Francis Drake Channel, Casa Rocalta is a free-flowing, fun villa connected by bridges and decks. There is plenty of space for family and friends to gather, as well as many quiet, private places. Each of the three separate air-conditioned bedroom casitas has its own deck and outdoor shower. Whether dining under the lanai or enjoying the breezes from the gazebo above the pool, views of The Sir Francis Drake Channel and islands in the distance are simply magnificent while the sunsets can only be described as magical. Casa Rocalta is on a private estate lane, just a two-minute walk to the beach at Spring Bay.

Main House

The kitchen, living room and dining room are open concept, surrounded by sliding screen doors so you can admire the view of the Sir Francis Drake Channel. Tucked in on the side is the den/TV room with a pull out couch if you need to sleep an extra person. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create scrumptious meals to enjoy.

Bedrooms

All three air conditioned bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with open air showers. The bedrooms are separated by bridges and decks so you have the utmost privacy. Each bedroom has a private deck. The master bedroom has a small kitchen and sitting area.

Outside

Wooden decks wrap around the main house, and connect the living areas and bedrooms to the exquisite pool located in the middle of the property. Even while floating in the pool you can look out over the tree tops and admire the ocean view. Above the pool is a covered gazebo furnished with plush couches. Explore a little more you will find many shady nooks to enjoy a nap or a book. The back deck has a gas grill and seating area that is perfect for a cookout.
