Located at the top of Virgin Gorda’s famous Baths National Park, this luxurious villa is only a short stroll from the crystal blue-green water and powder white beaches of The Baths and Devil’s Bay.
The Las Brisas “Casita” is a self-contained luxury studio villa located on the Las Brisas Villa property but well isolated from the main house. The Casita has its own private entrance from the main road and is fully equipped to provide whatever amenities you might want for a memorable Caribbean vacation. It can be rented with the main house for larger groups or as a single unit for your intimate getaway.
Living Area
The Casita living area has been crafted in the same motif as the main house, including contemporary high beamed ceilings, imported wicker furniture, king sized bed, fully equipped kitchen, CD player and TV. Front and side decks offer spectacular views of the Atlantic and the surrounding area, yet the Casita is isolated from traffic and other properties in the area.
The Casita has its own private fresh water pool with decorative raised stone wall and local rock formations surrounding it. Tile decking and a floral trellis with dual hammocks offer the ultimate in beauty and relaxation. How about an afternoon dip and nap after touring the island or checking out the local shops in nearby Spanishtown? A separate half bathroom on the outside of the Casita is conveniently located just a few steps from the pool.
The Casita kitchen is fully equipped in the tradition of the main house. Styled in colorful tile with ample cabinetry and space-saving convenience, the kitchen contains an electric range, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and a whole host of utensils to allow preparation of any meal. An outdoor barbeque is conveniently located just outside the kitchen to grill up that special entree.
Bedroom
The Casita offers a cozy living and sleeping area to lounge and sleep. Let the waves of the Caribbean lull you to sleep in the king sized bed or relax in the comfortable wicker furniture after dinner. The Casita has its own bathroom with adjoining open air glass block shower in the same style as the main house. A large ceiling fan provides extra comfort when desired.
Outside
Spacious access to three outside decks from the Casita sitting/kitchen area offers the best in indoor/outdoor convenience. The Casita’s mahogany folding doors can be closed for the ultimate in privacy or opened to any or all of the decks for maximum space utilization.
