Next time you are on Anegada, maybe skip the more popular places. Flash of Beauty restaurant is owned by lobster and conch fisherman Egbert. His General Manager, Monica, makes you feel like you’re right at home. They offer great food plus a mix your own drinks, honor tab system. They are open for both lunch and dinner, however, it is best to call ahead for dinner so they stay open. If you do you will be likely rewarded with your own private place for dinner.. just awesome!
And while you are there, don’t miss the opportunity to snorkel right off their beach. It’s an amazing 3′ to 30′ deep coral jungle where you can swim with sharks, turtles and so, so many fish. They’ll even let you grab conch and cook them for you there too.
